You Will Enjoy Your Life Much More When You Remember 100% Of The People 100% Of The Time
                                                             Written By Bill Clennan

One of my friends told me that he was so connected to his families many companies that he hated to go to company Christmas parties because everyone knew who he was and he could not remember them, so he just stopped going. Imagine the value he could have added by being there and imagine the boost in esteem he could have given, and the positive affect he could have had by remembering those people by name.

When you develop the skill to remember the names of every one you meet it is a real joy to see them, and by making them feel important you are definitely one of those special folks who PAY IT FORWARD.

Have you ever seen the look in some ones eye when a compliment from a stranger changes their life?

Several years ago I got a phone call from a man who had been to one of my public workshops on REMEMBERING NAMES, FACES, AND FACTS. He told me that he was in Group Life Insurance Sales and that he used the methods I had taught him to remember the names of every one in the entire company at three presentations he had made to three different companies and he won them over so quickly they made their decision right there and then to place their group policies with his company because they felt like he was one of them. He phoned me ten days later and said something better had happened and I said “Oh wow you made four sales! And he said “NO, SOMETHING BETTER. I coach a pewee Hockey team one of the top rep teams in town, we were having tryouts for the new season and one of the boys was not skilled enough, fast enough or big enough to play for the team but he was trying so hard I leaned out of the players bench and yelled keep up the good work Scotty!” And the boy stopped even while play was going on and looked up with surprise and a startled look in his eyes and said “YOU REMEMBERED MY NAME” He went on to say the look in the boys eye was more satisfying because anybody can make a sale.
