BANKING                                                Clients

Making your customers feel important and valued is the secret to earning their trust and gaining loyalty.

The single most effective way to let your customers know that you value them is to remember their name. While this is commonly accepted as a good business skill, most people see it as one they can’t master. All too often you’ll hear the lines:
“I can remember faces but I can’t remember names”
“My memory is getting worse”
“I’ve never been good with names”

The striking thing is that the only difference between people who are good at remembering names and those who say they’re not is that those who are good at it will tell you so. They believe themselves to be, and will often comment, “I don’t know how I’ve just always been good at it.” Maybe they just don’t want to share their magic or perhaps being certain you can do something makes it more doable.

THE FIX

Improving your memory performance is easy and immediate when you’re taught straightforward techniques in a fun, audience involved environment.
People find it funny to see how quickly they can become good at using their memory and experience the “I got it” or “AHA” effect.

To unlock the unlimited potential that lies in all of us, I’ve developed these memory sessions that have been successful with more than 10,000 audiences over the past 30 years. Include one in your next meeting and the return will be remarkable.
